What does it cost to book an airport lounge and how do I pay?
Prices start from as little as £15 and vary by destination. When you go to book your lounge and select an airport and lounge of your choice, the total costs (including those for children where permitted) will be displayed accordingly. To confirm your booking, simply complete the booking payment screen. All payments are made via secure network connection. Payment can be made by using one of the following cards - Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Switch or Maestro.
How do I book an airport lounge?
There are 3 simple steps to a successful booking (please remember that all bookings must be at least 24 hours in advance of your departure date and can be for 1 person or up to a maximum of 5 persons per booking.
- Select your Airport lounge
- Complete your passenger and your payment details
- Print your email confirmation ready for your arrival at the Lounge
Please remember to take your booking confirmation with you as you will need this as proof of purchase, you will not be able to enter the airport lounge without it.
Can I book more than 1 lounge at a time?
Yes, you may book as many lounges as required within the same transaction. For example should you wish to book a lounge for your return journey, simply go to 'Book another lounge' and select the airport and lounge of your choice.
What happens if I have a problem with my booking?
The booking confirmation and payment is instant. Should you experience any problems with any part of your booking you will be prompted with a support contact number, or you may alternatively email us.
How many people can be included on one booking?
Lounge Pass allows you to include a maximum of 5 passengers per booking (including where permitted infants and children). If you have more than 5 passengers in your party or require a group booking please phone 0208 253 5146 quoting SIM-102 giving at least 7 days notice.
Are children allowed access to the lounges?
Some lounges do not permit entry to infants (0 - 1 yrs inclusive) or children (2 – 11 yrs inclusive) this information will be clearly displayed on the first step of the booking process as well as on each individual lounge details page.
What if the booking needs to be amended?
If you are already in receipt of your booking confirmation please contact 0208 253 5146 within office hours (08:00 - 20:00 hrs) at least 24 hours prior to your desired departure date. A team of staff will be on hand to assist you with your requirements.
What happens if I forget or lose my Lounge booking confirmation?
You will need your booking confirmation as proof of purchase and you will not be able to enter any lounge without it. Under the terms and conditions, Airport lounges will refuse entry to any passengers not in possession of a valid booking confirmation. In the event you lose your confirmation please contact Lounge Pass within office hours at least 24 hours prior to your desired departure date and arrangements will be made to resolve the issue.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
You will be refunded in full provided that written notification is received within office hours at least 24 hours prior your departure date. Please see the terms and conditions for more information.
How long can I stay in a lounge?
Under the terms and conditions, the maximum stay within any lounge is 3 hours.
Are there any other restrictions at the lounges?
Each lounge has its own entry conditions, which are clearly displayed on each individual lounge details page. These could include specific dress codes and it is always advisable to check the lounge details of your selected lounge before proceeding with your booking.
What facilities are available at the lounges?
Facilities can vary from lounge to lounge and it is advisable to check the details of your selected lounge before proceeding with your booking.
What is included in the cost of the visit?
You are free to use any facilities or services available and generally lounges provide complimentary refreshments however this is not always the case. Where payment is required for refreshments or services you will be asked to pay directly at the lounge.
